This policy explains what personal information LabBuyer Kit ("we", "us") handles when you visit this website, buy a product or contact us.
1. Information we handle
- Purchases. Checkout is operated by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem collects your name, email, billing address, payment details and tax information to process the order. We do not receive or store your full card details. Creem shares with us order information such as your name, email, country, product purchased and order ID so we can provide support.
- Support emails. If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
- Website logs. Our hosting provider may automatically process technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and delivery. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
2. How we use it
To deliver products, provide support, process refunds, prevent fraud, meet legal and tax obligations, and improve our products. We do not sell personal information and do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
3. Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to run the store (Creem for payments and order fulfilment; our website host; our email provider), or when required by law.
4. International transfers
We are based in China and our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. We take reasonable steps to keep it protected.
5. Retention
We keep order and support records as long as needed for support, accounting and legal obligations, then delete them.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to certain uses, by emailing acai.li@mail.grokbot.com. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or California law) you may have additional rights; we will respond within the time required by applicable law. Creem's own privacy policy also applies to data it processes as Merchant of Record.
7. Health information
Our products are business templates. Please do not send us patient information. We do not need it to provide support.
8. Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
