These terms apply to your use of this website and to products purchased from LabBuyer Kit ("we", "us"). By purchasing you agree to them.
Seller
LabBuyer Kit is operated by an individual seller based in China. Contact: acai.li@mail.grokbot.com.
1. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem. Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes payment, calculates and collects applicable taxes, and issues receipts. Creem's terms of sale also apply to your purchase.
2. Products and delivery
All products are digital files (PDF and Excel workbooks). They are delivered by download link immediately after successful payment and in your receipt email. No physical item is shipped.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars on each product page. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout.
4. License
On payment we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files for internal business purposes within your practice or organization, including its staff and locations. You may edit the workbooks and print the guide for internal use. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publicly post or republish the files or substantial parts of them. All content remains our property; third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only for identification.
5. No professional advice
Our products provide general business and procurement information. They are not legal, regulatory, customs, tax, financial or clinical advice, do not create a professional relationship, and do not endorse or rank any laboratory. Regulations change; verify current requirements with official sources and qualified advisors. Clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating dentist. Sample figures are illustrative.

7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or use our products for unlawful purposes.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as stated in the Refund Policy and to the extent permitted by law, products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or that the content is complete or current.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be excluded.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
